Tower Suites by Blue Orchid

Our room had facilities including a kitchenette and washer/dryer and the full breakfast included in the price was excellent. The staff would go out of their way to assist in any way they could. The hotel location next to the Tower of London was great and the hop on hop off bus stop was right outside our door.

Excellent staff, very good breakfast, good location close to tube and bus stations, close to the Tower Bridge and Tower of London. The lobby bar and restaurant is excellent with very good quality food and drink choice. Bartender was very nice and friendly. We received initally noisy and a bit small room on floor 5, but staff was very helpful and offered quickly alternative room.

I liked most things about the hotel. Great location, excellent rooms and good value for money.

The location is brilliant for exploring East London on foot. Left luggage service was very handy. Good breakfast, although we had to wait a while to be seated.

Front of house staff were kind and accommodating, especially Anthony at reception and Trevor at concierge. Housekeeping did a good job with maintaining the room and keeping water and coffee pods stocked. Location is great if you are looking at the City or East London. Tower Hill station is next door. Tower of London and Tower Bridge are easy walks (you could cross Tower bridge and track the Thames back to Millennium Bridge to St Paul's for a pleasant DIY walking tour of a charming part of London). Not a big breakfast eater but had an easy time getting coffee either at Starbucks or Coop (they have Seattle's Best) close by to the hotel. Gym is not big, but is sufficient and open for use 24 hours. Would stay here again.
